Park City Cycling & Hiking

Park City offers some of the best mountain biking, road cycling and hiking available. The town’s three ski resorts provide lift-served, single- and double-track mountain biking and hiking during the summer months.

Hikers and bikers are welcome on any section of Park City’s 325+ miles of public trails...ranging from mellow, scenic rides to adrenaline-raising thrills on steeper terrain.

Park City Weather Conditions

Summer and Fall bring plenty of sunshine and great weather for spending the day outside. Short sleeves and sunblock are the norm, but the weather can be fickle so bring a lightweight rain jacket just in case. Even if the temperature hits 80 degrees in the day, evenings can still get down to freezing. Bring warm clothes if you plan to be out in the early mornings or evenings. Summer can also bring mosquitoes so using an effective bug repellent is key before a ride. Whatever the season be sure that you carry at least 125 oz of water to remain hydrated.
